Technological scheme

During the creation of technological schemes, our engineers use only modern CAD Eplan PPE and AutoCAD. The use of these systems gives a possibility to monitor connections, use the library of elements with the right set of parameters and because of that minimizes the error in the calculations. We use special methods of calculation of actual and peak load of the process areas, use only the best assembly materials and components.

Electroschemes, pneumatics, hydraulics

All our engineers have extensive experience in the development of electric schemes, schemes of automation, pneumatics and hydraulics. For development we use Eplan Electric P8 and Eplan Fluid and use only the best assembly materials and components.

Control cabinets

We have extensive experience in the development of control and distribution cabinets. For development, we use CAD Eplan Pro Panel and use only the best assembly materials and components starting from the power bus line to the mounting cable and terminals. Because of Eplan Pro Panel, we get a 3D and 2D model of the cabinet, the optimal location of the items in the cabinet and the installation plan. Using the installation plan, we exclude installation errors.

Cable routes

For optimal cable routing and optimization of the materials used, we use CAD Eplan Field Sys. Using the cable route and various reports, we reduce are reducing the time of installation and during operation, the customer can easily identify the faulty cable.
